Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Good question. We don’t want to list your house. We are looking to purchase a house. We have funds available and are ready to find another house. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses in Phoenix, Mesa, and throughout Arizona that meet our purchasing criteria.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Of course we do. If we did not, then no one would sell us their house. Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because they require repairs, updating, or remodeling. We have to check out the location of the property, what repairs have to be completed, the condition of the property, and the comparable home values recently sold in the area.
